Saturday - Intro to CrossFit Free $200 No purchase required to enroll
Drop in for a fun Saturday workout designed for all fitness levels to get a taste of what it's like to be part of the CrossFit community. Members are welcome as well. First-time clients work out for free.
The free introductory class will begin with a short conversation about what CrossFit is and how it can help you prepare for life. You will then be given a 10 minute warm-up session along with instruction on certain movements that you will be completing during the class. Lastly, you will give everything you've got in the intro workout.

On Ramp - Foundations Free Purchase required to enroll
This class is for who want to ramp up into our fast-paced group classes. This class will meet 3 days each week (M,W,F) for 2 consecutive weeks. The movement curriculum is sequential, and attendance to all sessions is fundamental to your gaining the necessary proficiency and preparation for our elements classes.
The cost for the On Ramp - Foundations course is $200. However, if you decide to join Pale Horse CrossFit as an annual member after the course, $150 of that $200 will go towards your first month's membership fee.

Our daily CrossFit workout. Open to everyone who has completed an On Ramp - Foundations course. Out of town drop-ins are always welcome for a $20 fee, please contact us today for more information.
